Each yoga class is unique and has a specific intention.

The intention is placed at the beginning of the class and remains a recurring element throughout the practice. Each class is complete, full circle.

Over the years, a unique yoga style has developed. Lessons also incorporate the knowledge I have learned from Shamans, Teachers and Elders.

Dynamic flow classes

  • Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and Forrest yoga
  • Focus on breathing
  • Focus on energy centres (chakra’s)
  • Poses flow smoothly into each other
  • Combination of standing, sitting – and lying postures
  • They vary in intensity depending on the group and the energy of the day

Relaxing classes

  • Based on Yin yoga
  • Focus on wholeness of body, fascia
  • Turning inwards
  • Relaxation, peace and calm
  • Evening classes
