Purpose

Yoga is a way to remember who you truly are and why you are here.

For me, it is a path to reconnect with my unending “self.” When I practice yoga, the inner dialogue—the constant chatter of the mind—comes to a stop. In that stillness, I experience clarity, peace, and a deep inner knowing: who I am and why I am here.

Moreover, the asanas and pranayamas help to boost your (bio)energetic field, support healing, maintain health, and lighten your being.

Style

Each yoga class is unique and has a specific intention and theme.

The intention is set at the beginning of the class and remains a recurring focus throughout the practice. Every class is a complete journey, a circle that closes.

Over the years, my own yoga style has emerged. In my classes, I weave in the knowledge I have gained from shamans and other teachings. Each yoga class is unique and tailored to a specific intention.
