The Quiet Mind

I offer three sessions dedicated to the quiet mind.
During these sessions we will take a big, transformative step to stop the little voice talking to itself (the inner dialogue).

Session 1:
Teachings on the quiet and silent mind
Changing your perception
Your natural state of being (your birthright)
Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises
Connecting with cosmic light
Sharing in which you can share your personal story and your intention
Tools and exercises you can continue to work with on your own

Session 2:
Will be two weeks later. During this session we discuss where you are, how the practice of ‘quiet mind’ is going and if there are any questions or things that need to be repeated. During session there is room for a deeper meditation/ceremony that I will guide.

Session 3:
The third session is a month later. This session is an integration moment where we look at how you are doing, whether there is anything more needed and what is needed at that moment.

Important:

  • Upon registration, please attend all three sessions. This allows us to go deep
  • Duration is approx. 1,5-2hrs per session, depending on the process. My advice not to make any plans (with other people) that day.
  • These sessions are offered individually or in a group of max 4 people
