The ceremony starts with a short sharing. Then we align with the Moon and bring in the light principles of harmony & balance.
We set our intention and you are blessed with the sacred smoke of the Sahumador.
We drink moon medicine (programmed water) together. Then we integrate the principles of harmony and balance into the body with various yoga postures.
We enter into a dreamstate and go on a guided dream journey together.
Each ceremony looks different and moves with the seasons, the lunar calendar and your own rhythm.
