About me

My name is Jeanine Sophie, and I founded Red Flower Yoga to inspire harmony and balance.

Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by the wisdom of indigenous peoples, especially the Native Tribes of the Americas, and their connection to nature. Their way of living in harmony with the earth, plants, animals, and the cosmos resonates within me.

I have always felt a deep love for the earth and the plant kingdom. As a child, I loved creating ‘secret’ potions to heal various ailments, and that passion has stayed with me. Today, I still take great joy in making my own tinctures and infusions. My journey has taken me to South America several times, where I immersed myself in the world of (master) plants. In the Amazon jungle, I had the honor of spending a month with the Yawanawá tribe, where I followed the seja dieta and was initiated into their sacred traditions.

And then there’s yoga—my lifelong love. From the moment I was introduced to yoga many years ago, it felt like coming home. Yoga, for me, is a way of remembering who I truly am. Each practice allows me conscioulsy remember my unending being.

This deep connection inspired me to explore yoga in all its forms. Over the years, I’ve attended workshops, trainings, and courses across Belgium, India, The Netherlands, Germany, and Italy, immersing myself in various styles such as Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Chikitsa (Yoga Therapy), Forrest Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga. I’ve been honored to teach yoga since 2017.

If you feel the call within, I warmly invite you to join me for yoga classes (online or in person), walks, teachings, workshops, ceremonies, and retreats.

With love,

Jeanine Sophie Silver Eyes

My gratitude goes out to my teachers, who have opened the door for me: Wolf Walker of The Blue Diamond Monastery, Chief Dancing Thunder of the Susquehannock tribe and Tine Peeters
