My name is Jeanine Sophie and I created Red Flower Yoga for harmony & balance.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by indigenous peoples and their stories, especially the Native Tribes from the Americas and their communication with the sun, moon, earth, stones, animals and plants. How to live in harmony and balance, by listening, seeing and knowing.
I feel a deep love for the earth and the plant kingdom. As a child, I already made ‘secret’ potions against all kinds of ailments and I still love making my own tinctures and infusions. I have travelled to South America several times to immerse myself in the world of (master) plants. In the Amazon jungle, I spent a month following the seja dieta with the Yawanawá tribe with whom I was initiated.
And of course, yoga! I was introduced to yoga many years ago and it was love at first sight. For me, yoga is a way of remembering who I am. When I practice, I consciously connect with my unending being.
This has led me to attend many workshops, trainings and courses in Belgium, India, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy in various yoga styles such as Ashtanga yoga, yoga Chikitsa (Yoga Therapy), Forrest yoga, Hatha yoga and Yin yoga. I have been a yoga teacher since 2017.
When you feel the inner calling, you are welcome to attend yoga classes (online and live), walks, teachings, workshops, ceremonies and retreats.
Lots of Love,
Jeanine Sophie Silver Eyes
My gratitude go to my teachers, who have opened the door for me: Wolf Walker of The Blue Diamond Monastery, Chief Dancing Thunder of the Susquehannock tribe and Tine Peeters
