Each yoga class is unique and has a specific intention.
The intention is placed at the beginning of the class and remains a recurring element throughout the practice. Each class is complete, full circle.
Over the years, a unique yoga style has developed. Lessons also incorporate the knowledge I have learned from Shamans, Teachers and Elders.
Dynamic flow classes
- Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and Forrest yoga
- Focus on breathing
- Focus on energy centres (chakra’s)
- Poses flow smoothly into each other
- Combination of standing, sitting – and lying postures
- They vary in intensity depending on the group and the energy of the day
Relaxing classes
- Based on Yin yoga
- Focus on wholeness of body, fascia
- Turning inwards
- Relaxation, peace and calm
- Evening classes
